Prepare Now
If needed, please download and save the following items before the current system is retired on July 19:
- Online account statements
- Check images
- Remote Deposit Capture reports
- Online payment history for ACH, wires and account transfers
Online account statements and check images will be converted to the new Business Online, but it will take some time to complete. While your transactions will convert, detailed histories for online wires, ACH, bill pay and account transfers will not be converted to the new system.
Logging In After the Upgrade
By now, you should have received an email from Banc of California that contains your new company ID, user ID information and instructions for creating your temporary password.

- If you did not receive an email from us containing your temporary password information and other login details, please contact your company administrator or call 855-351-BANC (2262) for assistance.
- If you have the email with your temporary password information, but did not log in during the preview period from July 8 to July 18, please download our Login Guide. This guide will help you access your accounts once the new Business Online launches on July 22.
- When you first log in, you may be asked to agree to changes in the security procedures applicable to any funds transfers initiated using Business Online. For more information on this topic, please review the Important Notice and Agreement to Change in Terms on the Banc of California website.
