Banc of California and PacWest Bancorp have merged. We are combining our banking systems, which means your Personal Online banking services will be unavailable starting July 20 at 7 a.m. PDT. They will relaunch under the Banc of California name the morning of July 22.
On July 22, please:
- Visit bancofcal.com and log in using the Online Banking dropdown menu in the upper-right corner.
- Log in to your account(s) with the same credentials you used to access your PacWest account(s).
- Update your mobile banking app with the Banc of California version if it doesn’t automatically update.
- Change your Quicken, QuickBooks or other financial management software data feed to Banc of California. Guides will be available online at bancofcal.com/resources to assist you by July 22.
- Note that going forward, mailed paper statements will incur a fee, starting 90 days after the July 22 conversion (please refer to the Schedule of Fees that was mailed to you). To avoid charges, please enroll in online statements and notices through online banking.
