Follow the quick-start guide below to get started. For detailed, step-by-step instructions, download the Login Guide.

    Quick-Start Guide

STEP 1: Get your new company ID(s)

    Your new company ID(s):

STEP 2: Know your user ID

Your user ID is the same as the one you currently use to access Business Online.

    Exceptions:

    • Omit any special characters. All user IDs contain only alpha-numeric characters.
    • If your current user ID is under four characters, add 1 at the end until you reach four characters. For example, a user ID of KR would change to KR11.

STEP 3: Create your temporary password

Add the following characters to create your temporary password:

Boc1 + the first four characters of your current company ID + the first four characters of your current user ID.

    For example:

    Current Company ID: Wayst1234

    User ID: GHirsch

    Temporary password: Boc1WaysGHir

    Tips:

    • Use your current company ID, not the “new company ID” listed above in Step 1.
    • Retain the case sensitivity of your current company ID and user ID.
    • The “forgot password” link is not available for first-time logins.

    Exceptions:

    • If your company ID or user ID contains special characters, omit them.
    • If your current user ID is under four characters, add 1 at the end until you reach four characters. For example, a user ID of KR would change to KR11 for the temporary password.

STEP 4: Log in to the new Business Online by July 18

Log in here, or select “New Business Online” from the “Online Banking” menu in the upper-right corner of bancofcal.com.

Enter your company ID, user ID and temporary password in their respective fields, and follow the prompts for account verification.

Download the Login Guide for complete, step-by-step instructions, if needed.

STEP 5: Access and review your accounts

Read our Guide to the Preview Period for more information about the items you should review and verify before the end of the preview period on July 18.
