Pacific Western Bank has merged with Banc of California. We are combining our banking systems, which means you will log in to your Personal Online banking services through the Banc of California website.
Online banking will be unavailable starting July 20 at 7 a.m. PDT while we upgrade our system. It will be available again by Monday, July 22, at 7 a.m. PDT.
New Personal Online
- Visit bancofcal.com and log in using the Online Banking dropdown menu in the upper-right corner.
- Log in to your account(s) with the same credentials you used to access your PacWest account(s).
- Update your mobile banking app with the Banc of California version if it doesn’t automatically update.
- Change your Quicken, QuickBooks or other financial management software data feed to Banc of California. Guides are available at bancofcal.com/resources to assist you.
- Note that going forward, mailed paper statements will incur a fee, starting 90 days after the July 22 conversion (please refer to the Schedule of Fees that was mailed to you). To avoid charges, please enroll in online statements and notices through online banking.
