Banc of California is bringing you a new Personal Online banking experience.
Online banking will be unavailable starting Friday, July 19, at 5 p.m. PDT while we upgrade our system. The new Personal Online will be available by Monday, July 22, at 7 a.m. PDT.
Prepare for Your New Banking Experience
- Watch for an email from us with login instructions. It will be sent to the email address associated with your account and will include temporary password information.
- Download and save any statements or check images you may need from the current Personal Online. It will take time before they are fully converted to the new Personal Online. Your bill pay history will not be converted.
Log In to the New Personal Online
- Log in to your account at bancofcal.com using the Personal Online link under the Online Banking dropdown menu in the upper-right corner. You will receive an email with your temporary password information by Monday, July 22, at 7 a.m. PDT.
- Update any existing links you may have bookmarked or saved. Old links will no longer work and need to be updated to the new Personal Online site.
- Delete the old mobile banking app.
- Download the new mobile app after you log in through the website. You will not be able to log in to or use the mobile app until you have established your new password.
